Wennersten, Inc. is a family-owned business with a rich tradition of excellence in both commercial and residential real estate development and construction management, with four generations of experience.

Our story began in 1956 when Edward Wennersten started a real estate investment and development company, The Wenne Agency, with multiple properties under lease. Edward's two sons, Robert and Richard, then started Wennersten Brothers in 1971, expanding our services to include high quality custom carpentry and kitchens. Later, in 1980, the name Wennersten was incorporated as what is now known as Wennersten, Inc.

In the 80s, Robert Wennersten also created Wennersten Design + Construction and maintained his business until 2020 when it merged into Wennersten, Inc. With Kevin Wennersten now at the helm, we continue to build on our family's legacy of excellence.

Over the years, we have been involved in a wide range of projects, including subdivision development and road construction, as well as the construction of numerous custom homes. We bring our wealth of experience and expertise to every project we undertake, and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none.
